How Donations Work

When you top up, the amount is added to your wallet. You can then donate to shelters or animals in need. Shelters request payouts, and after admin approval, funds are transferred via Stripe.

How Verification Works

Every shelter must submit identity documents and organizational proof before being listed. Our admin team reviews each application to ensure legitimacy. Verified shelters display a blue checkmark.

Refund Policy

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once the funds have been donated to a shelter. Unused balance in your wallet may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of top-up. Please contact support for assistance.

Report a Listing

If you believe a listing or shelter is fraudulent or violates our guidelines, please email us at the address below with a link and a brief description of the issue.
